I’m David Libespere, founder and photographer.
Before opening Monello Media, I spent over 15 years working in New York’s hospitality industry — from speakeasies to tasting-menu restaurants. Working behind the bar taught me something essential: every detail matters.
Temperature, dilution, garnish, plating, texture, aroma, ambiance — hospitality lives in the smallest decisions.
